After 10 years in the business, Creative Niche has plenty of reason to celebrate being Canada’s leading creative staffing and workforce management firm.

Founded by current CEO Mandy Gilbert on June 7, 2002, with $8,000, no staff, no clients and no revenues, Creative Niche has grown to more than $9 million in annual sales and 21 employees across four offices. Clients range from Fortune 500 enterprises to small-to-medium sized businesses, all benefiting from the work-force management services, turnkey solutions and strategic support offered by Creative Niche.

Built on goals that include humanizing and streamlining the staffing and recruitment process and finding exciting new ways to unite creative professionals with leading employers, Creative Niche continues to grow in scope and influence. The Toronto-based company recently established its European headquarters in Amsterdam following the opening of the firm’s first U.S. office in Cincinnati, OH.

Strategic partnerships with organizations such as RGD Ontario have also placed Creative Niche in a position to better serve the candidate community with important career-building benefits such as our joint initiative the RGD/ Creative Niche National Salary Survey of Creative Earners.
