Through online initiatives and social media platforms, the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources hopes to increase awareness of their programs in urban centres. This widget brings attention to biodiversity by highlighting the 187 species of plants, animals, fish, birds and insects known to be at risk of extinction in Ontario.
