The magazine, according to Carey George (creative director at Goods & Services and Sway's publisher) will appeal to people who build and guide companies, collaborate on marketing teams, manage brands at agencies, or who just want to find out more about branding."
Sway explores all facets of brand communications, from positioning and strategy to design and advertising - but strays well out of dry-textbook territory.
The goal will be to help empower readers with a combination of thought-starters, industry information and practical tips to make the connection between better branding and stronger business results.
With articles exploring topics as diverse as meatball restaurants, binge-watching and brand storytelling, the magazine promises to be inspiring - and opinionated. As Sue McCulskey (communications director at Goods & Services and the editor of Sway) explains, "We're looking to contribute to the overall understanding of, and appreciation for, what constitutes branding, and how good branding makes good business sense."
The premiere issue of Sway, a publication of Goods & Services Inc., is now available in print and online.
