Director of Product Design, Mobile at Adobe, Khoi oversees the direction of Adobe’s mobile apps to make mobile a meaningful part of the creative process. In addition, he writes the design, technology and culture blog Subtraction.com. Previously Khoi was Design Director for The New York Times and was named one of Fast Company’s 50 most influential designers in 2011.

Product Design Manager at Etsy, Magera leads a team of designers working to create the tools and systems that enable everyone to build Etsy's holistic experiences.
Presentation Topic: Design decision frameworks and processes as a tool for innovation. She explains the Double Diamond Model and other useful frameworks to help make sure you're solving the right problem to meet customer needs.
Design Director at Work & Co, Ray employs a multi-disciplinary approach to design, combining his experience across various agencies, clients and mediums to produce award-winning digital product experiences. Ray was previously a Design Director at R/GA, where he lead the design effort for Nike+ Fuelband.
