Design: Stacey Hill
The event attracts thousands of locals and tourists who enjoy a range of family entertainment, including a spectacular fireworks presentation overlooking beautiful Lake Huron. The goal for this year’s branding was to refresh the look for the event, which is in its 16th year, and provide a design that could be executed across a wide range of applications. The design is inspired by the beach location using a sun graphic that is a subtle nod to the atom, the symbol of nuclear energy. A beach-inspired palette of yellow and aqua reinforces the summery, fun theme. The new event branding embodies the fun, vibrant energy of the Beach Party and is a reminder of the company’s goal of fostering community spirit, building engagement and having a positive impact.
