As a seasoned design leader, she is passionate about empowering design teams, and collaborating to help users, products and organizations succeed. Her experience spans publishing, e-commerce, healthcare, and she is currently working hard to improve the shipping and mailing experience at Canada Post.

Christopher is the Director of Information Design at global accounting and consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is a professional engineer and Designer with expertise in information design, data visualization, information architecture, user interface design, report design, and typography. He currently leads PwC's Information Design competency and teaches Visual Analytics & Data Visualization, and Wayfinding & Information Systems at OCAD University.
