You have a natural ability to inspire our creative team and enjoy being hands on through the entire creative process.

 

Your creative skills will be challenged as you work on brand identity design, motion and video, corporate communications, advertising, packaging, all things digital and anything else we dream up - including a bit of creative writing to express the ‘big idea’.

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Reports to Studio Director
  • Uphold and improve agency creative process
  • Effective budget management
  • Works with senior team to deliver strategic brand, marketing, advertising and digital solutions

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead creative projects across all stages of the process in collaboration with studio and production
  • Work collaboratively with the Studio Director and account teams
  • You will be a leader and mentor to the creative team, following best practices for creative development, meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest standards of quality
  • Translate account strategy and insights into exciting creative solutions
  • Be actively involved with strategy, writing, studio resourcing, pitches and estimating
  • Possess a combined skill to converse in both creative and business strategy
  • Build narratives and presentations to effectively and persuasively communicate creative solutions

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years creative agency experience
  • Exceptional design expertise across all media formats
  • Experience with creative writing for taglines, headlines and conceptual positioning
  • Proven ability to create the ‘Big Idea’ concept and copy direction for ad campaigns that are most relevant to the brand and target audience
  • Proven ability to create exceptional visual identity systems
  • An understanding of the business side of design
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • The highest level of production and execution detail – proven quality control methodologies
  • Web/mobile, motion, video and digital skills are essential
  • In-depth and current working knowledge of Adobe Cloud (CS) and related design/web applications
  • Proven knowledge and experience working with cross discipline teams in social and digital marketing
