Meet our Committee Members


Chair: Kathleen Scott RGD, Kincardine
Kathleen is an award-winning designer with 15 years experience. For the past decade, she has been Creative Strategy Team Lead at Bruce Power where they deliver all things design, including a complete rebrand for the company in 2019. In 2017, they were honoured to be the design partner for RGD’s In-House Design Awards.







Zunash Ashiq Ali Provisional RGD, Toronto

Zunash is a Graphic Designer and visual storyteller from Toronto who has a knack for turning boring into bold with just the right pinch of Je ne sais quoi! She is a coffee addict and a hustler who has lived and worked in three continents but believes that Italian coffee is still the best in the world. Her design journey continued to the most colourful corner of the world, Toronto, where she developed digital expertise in graphic design, strategic advertising, branding, web analytics, web design and vendor management. She oversees it all in her mind’s eye, but what sets her apart as a designer is her experience and understanding of the creative project cycle and client management.


Elyssa Biringer Provisional RGD, Toronto

Elyssa is a recent graduate from the Bachelor of Design program at York University and Sheridan College (YSDN). She aims to bring accessibility to the forefront of her designs whenever possible. Marketing, UX/UI and animation are her favourite areas of design, though she hopes to experiment with new methods of designing in the future.






Alan Chan RGD, Toronto

Alain is Art Director/Creative Lead Communications, Marketing & Brand, CBC. With over 15 years of industry experience, he specializes in corporate identity, advertising, visual communication and design. He is ambitious and passionate about everything creative – especially typography, graphic design and branding for both new and existing brands. 




Nicole Duncan RGD, Kingston

Nicole is an Art Director and Graphic Designer with 10 years experience in a range of areas in the industry. She collaborates with clients and agencies on original, persuasive and intelligent solutions that connect to consumers. 







Nicole Galatis Provisional RGD, Ottawa

Nicole is a Graphic Designer at Simzer Design in Ottawa. Prior to working in Ottawa, she receiving her Bachelor of Design Degree, majoring in Interdisciplinary Design from Nova Scotia College of Art and Design University in Halifax, NS.







Magued Hanna RGD, Newmarket

Magued is a creative leader with over 20 years of strategic, management, and hands-on expertise across media and industries–from fintech and real estate to high tech and automotive. As one of only a handful of UX Master certified professionals in Canada, he has a deep understanding of UX for web and mobile, as well as a passion for accessibility. He also knows what it takes to grow a successful design team from the ground up–and how to foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence in cross-functional teams. 


Teo Herman RGD, Oshawa

Teo is a Designer & Project Coordinator at Entro. His experience combines wayfinding, information design and communications with a strong connection to environmental design and the urban experience. He is currently enrolled in a Masters Program in Digital Media at Ryerson University.






Jaimie Pullinger RGD, Toronto

Jaimie is a Graphic Designer with over 10 years of experience working in a variety of disciplines with both large and small-scale clients. With a Bachelor of Design from YSDN, she maintains an interdisciplinary approach to her work, aiming to unite creativity, clarity and function in each project.






Andres Ramirez Provisional RGD, London

Andres is an In-House Graphic Designer at InnoSoft Canada Inc. He practices a diversity of design ranging from email campaigns and coding landing pages to animating user interfaces and illustration. He is a Graphic Design graduate from Fanshawe College and is a member of their Program Advisory Committee where he advises the College concerning the development, currency, and community acceptance of its programs.


Alexandra Vranjesevic RGD, Aurora
Alexandra (Alex) is a graduate of the Seneca College Digital Media Arts program. After graduation, she joined medical manufacturing company, Thermor Ltd, where she is now Graphics Department Manager. As the COVID-19 pandemic emerged, Alex re-committed herself to use high graphic design standards to support consumer safety through clear communication for the creation of accessible and usable products.
