Eastern Canada
The RGD 2022 Design Educator Award of Excellence for Eastern Canada is presented to Diana M. Varma RGD.

Diana Varma RGD is an innovative and passionate lecturer and researcher with an extensive experience developing in-class and online course materials, including the incorporation of an original podcast (Talk Paper Scissors) into teaching activities that was featured as part of the Hot Docs Podcast Festival and on Toronto Metropolitan University’s Inspired Teaching.

With 20 years of teaching and industry experience, Anne Ahmad-Burnett is an Instructor of Bachelor of Applied Design & Graphic Design Diploma at LaSalle College Vancouver. She is a conceptual thinker with focus on collaborative mentorship to help students reach highest level of achievement.
