Giulia Bonforte RGD, Senior Graphic Designer at Burrard Properties in Vancouver
Giulia was born and raised in Milan. in 2008 she started a collaborationwith the Italian fashion magazine Velvet – La Repubblica, while at the same time getting a BA in Graphic Design & Art Direction from Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti Milano.In 2009 and 2010, she lived in London (UK)) working for a photography agency called Clm. In 2012, she moved to Vancouver, getting her second degree at the Art Institute of Vancouver. She spends most of her time drawing, creating and experimenting with new forms of art.

Edmund has 15 years of experience working with Montreal’s top creative
agencies and fashion brands. Previously he headed up creative and strategy at fashion disruptors Frank And Oak and retail giant Browns. He cut his teeth early on at Sid Lee and CloudRaker, crafting experiences for the likes of Samsung, Cirque du Soleil, Air Transat, Stella Artois, Natrel, Neutrogena and the Toronto International Film Festival.

Philip Mondor RGD, Partner, Studio Locale in Kitchener, ON
With more than 20 years of experience, Phil has an award-winning eye for design and innate ability to translate client directives into creative solutions winning a host of awards. He honed his craft at OCAD, guided by iconic Canadian designers, and then on to two agencies where he supported some of the largest Canadian companies alongside boutique brands. Phil, along with the Studio Locale team, continues to develop creative solutions for clients that deliver results with an unexpected flair. to create visual solutions that will have longevity, allowing for improved brand recognition and loyalty.
David has been working in the industry for 20+ years, having originally been bitten by the creative bug at Queen’s University where he studied visual arts and art history. He has been fortunate to work for some of Canada’s top advertising and branding agencies, including TBWA/Toronto, Cossette, TAXI and Interbrand. His work on various major brands has been recognized by Cannes, Communications Arts, the National Advertising Awards, the Art Directors Club of Canada, Lotus, Coupe and Applied Arts, among others.


Eduardo is a multi-disciplinary brand designer with a restless creative soul, and the business acumen and technical know-how to deliver on his vision. While his formal academic training is in advertising design, photography and animation, his creative interests and explorations have led him to build additional expertise in web design and video. Eduardo has worked with some of Canada’s most influential brands such as Canada Post, CBC The National, WestJet, OLG, Bank of Montreal, RBC, Canadian Cancer Society, and the University of Toronto.
