Canadian Home Décor company seeking qualified graphic designer to support graphic design activities in a production design, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator on MAC platform.
- Expert knowledge of Color and Color Correction within Photoshop as it relates to production of Catalogues and Sell Sheets.
- Possess Fast Paced and Detail Oriented Working Style/Skills (Layout of 100 pages/day).
- Strong attention to Detail.
- Working Knowledge of Photography - Catalogue Quality.
- Knowledge of Print Production.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of High-End Company Catalogues by capturing excellent product shots.
- Solid Image Cropping skills (working from RAW camera files), with volume of 200 jpegs/day.
- Ensure high level of color accuracy on all marketing materials.
- Able to organize multiple tasks by priority and work independently.
- Ability to organize information for Catalogues by various categories, pricing, sizing, and barcode information.
- Lead Product Photography.
- Artwork color correction.
- Preparing ready-to-print files for wide format printers.
- Other functions as required.
- Coordinate with Printing Department.
- Catalogue Updating & Printing.
- Create Desirable Lifestyle Photos.
- Artwork development.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Details:
- On Site.
- Full-time: 8-4:30 pm.
- Compensation: $19-$22/hr (based on working experience).
