Amex was concerned that employees didn’t understand their Flex Express Benefits Plan options, and wanted to engage them on a more emotional level. This series of postcards portrayed case studies representing a selection of employee demographics and their appropriate plan choices. An accompanying poster promoted the annual enrollment.

Why am I an RGD?Being an RGD confers a sense of professional community, one whose mandate – to continually evolve the practice of design – is of benefit to all its members.
What is my most memorable RGD moment?Doing portfolio reviews at HeadStart, and helping a student to realize what their strengths are.
Why am I a designer?Design is a passion, a calling and a lifelong pursuit. Design is not just giving the client what they want, it's partnering with them to help them achieve something they never thought possible.
Design is also a true collaboration, and a designer is able to orchestrate the contributions of writers, photographers and illustrators into something that exceeds their individual efforts, in the service of a common goal. I find that very satisfying.
Why should you hire me?Experience, reliability and a real sensitivity to client needs, coupled with a strong work ethic and good people skills, are my main strengths.
