This guide has 2,300+ tables of fish consumption advisory tables organized by water body and species of fish. Updating the tables was a laborious manual process requiring extensive proofing by the Ministry staff. We automated the production of the advisory tables directly from the fish advisory data file to the Indesign files. Updating the tables previously took 6 to 8 weeks, now takes 4 to 6 hours.

Our professionally designed material elevates our clients’ brands, reputations and our technology gives them accessibility, accuracy, speed, and cost-savings.
Why am I an RGD?The RGD is a place where I can network with my peers and be a part of my profession. There are many events and activities happening with the RGD that is of interest to me.
Also spec work previously was a big issue that the RGD was tackling, as well as other issues that affected our profession. Strength in numbers.
What is my most memorable RGD moment? The second Design Thinkers conference, which was held at the Ontario Science Centre, I met Helen Mah, a wonderful designer and teacher. She was on the RGD board of directors, and encouraged me to join the board the following year. It took me out of my comfort zone, but I decided to take the leap and get on "board".
Why am I a designer?I enjoy being a visual interpreter as it applies to communication and marketing problem-solving. I'm big on making things happen, and blowing the horn for others to see, feel and understand. Hopefully nudging a change for the better.
Why should you hire me?My track record of solving communication problems through the power of design, strategy and collaboration would be a key reason.
Where do I see myself in 5 years?More of a focus on brand identity consulting and accessibility.
