Why am I an RGD?
I want to be part of a community that shares and believes in the importance of design. For me it’s also about growth as a designer, understanding and working closely with clients and being part of an association that adheres to ethical design practices.
What is my most memorable RGD moment?
DesignThinkers 2015 – I was given the opportunity to explain why I chose to become an RGD member and also to introduce one of the guest speakers.
Why am I a designer?
Ever since I was young, drawing and painting have been a passion of mine. I loved colouring and spent hours flipping through story books looking closely at page layouts and illustrations. I searched for a field where I could take this passion and apply it and discovered graphic design. This childhood passion flourished into a career in design, where typography, layout and communication graphics became my new love.
Why should you hire me?
I love design. But more importantly, I want to help people understand that design is much more than just aesthetics, there is an underlying language where communication is key. With this in mind, any project undertaken, I strive to deliver a distinct and understandable design.
