After 2 years and 3 chefs later, this fine dining Toronto restaurant realized the neighbourhood it served wanted something other than small expensive plates wrapped in fine décor. K9 was hired to turn CATCH from fine to fun. Using mariner’s tattoos as inspiration we took CATCH in a edgier and more playful direction, incorporating a C-shaped fish and then added horns. The new CATCH kept all the goodwill, known for its off-the-charts whole fish, then added a whimsical nod to “we do more than fish”.
