Why am I an RGD?Before the establishment of the RGD, there was the GDC in Canada as well as other international influences such as AIGA in the US and the Design Council in the UK. Being a member gives me the ability to reach out to other like-minded colleagues and to work with younger talent. I haven't been involved as much over the past few years but hopefully I can be a contributing voice towards elevating the organization in some way.
What is my most memorable RGD moment?I find the Design Thinkers Conference, in particular the guest speakers to be inspirational. It's also a great forum to see colleagues and catch up.
Why am I a designer?To create powerful and meaningful design that stands the test of time.
Why should you hire me?Multidisciplinary experience and expertise in branding, design, marketing communications.
Where do I see myself in 5 years?Beyond doing what I'm doing now... on a golf course or drinking beer on the patio.... hopefully one that I've created the brand for.
