Lionel is Principal, Director of Strategy and Creative Services at Context Creative. He works hand-in-hand with clients to solve their toughest branding and communications challenges. Lionel has served as an RGD board member and also as RGD President from 2009 to 2014.



Tiffany daSilva

Over the past 10 years Tiffany has worked in all facets of online marketing including email marketing, SEO, PPC, social media and conversion rate optimization. Tiffany’s experience has exposed her to the opportunity to work on over 400 websites while managing multi-million dollar budgets. Prior to consulting, she’s worked at various startups including Geosign, Achievers & Shopify as Head of CRO. She’s also worked as a Director of Strategy at the digital marketing agency Powered by Search. She holds an MBA with a focus in Project Management & Ecommerce from Norwich University. In 2012, Tiffany was named one of the Techwomen Canada of 2012 by the Government of Canada and Canadian Consulate General of San Francisco/Silicon Valley and her work has won a Stevie Business Award.  Tiffany spends her time teaching and mentoring startups, and has lectured in various places such as PPC Hero London, Unbounce’s CTA Conference, 500Startups’ “Weapons of Mass Distribution”, as well as for the University of Toronto and McMaster University’s Digital Marketing Program.


Ryan Price

Ryan is an artist and educator living in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, with an extensive background in traditional and interactive media. Ryan holds a bachelor of fine arts degree in photographic studies from Ryerson University as well as a master’s from McMaster University in Communications and New Media. He has worked as an instructor as several post-secondary institutions and was the design director of a weekly newspaper, overseeing editorial production. Ryan has many passions, all of which tie into art, technology, and education.
