Many in-house creatives don’t track time or collect any metrics about their work. Is this a missed opportunity to learn where your team is spending their time and how your efficiency can improve? This webinar looks at organizations who do collect metrics and how it helps their design teams behind the scenes.

Life among the number crunchers: Design metrics in a consulting environment by Christopher James Moorehead, P Eng, RGD
Working as a client-facing designer at a global accounting and consulting firm is radically different from being part of a studio or even a conventional in-house design team. At the same time, the standard performance metrics used in consulting are not necessarily an accurate measurement of the value of design. Chris will discuss how design performance can be measured, assessed and improved within a large, client-focused business environment.
