RGD Creativity & The Law Webinar: Protecting Your Intellectual Property and Technology Assets
13/05/21
Join WeirFoulds lawyers Ralph Kroman and Wendes Keung as they discuss Protecting Your Intellectual Property and Technology Assets:

In today's knowledge-based economy, it is crucial that organizations use their intellectual property and technology assets strategically. Protecting your intellectual property and technology assets can give your organization a competitive advantage. In Canada, you can protect your intellectual property by various means such as trademark and copyright registrations. Intellectual property “theft” comes in many forms, including infringement, misappropriation, unfair competition, gray market/parallel importation, counterfeiting, and hacking. Understanding what intellectual property your organization has and developing appropriate intellectual property strategies can provide your organization with the tools to protect and enforce your intellectual property rights.
