Empowering Creativity

How to get the most out of yourself, your team, and your client.

If you work in a creative industry, you have faced the challenge of trying to come up with a new and meaningful idea. But you also know that the insight is only half the battle. The process begins with setting up or framing the project, identifying the specific challenge and opportunity, and then delivering a strong outcome. This workshop will provide participants with tools, methods, and mindsets for setting up creative projects for success.

Often the success of a project is greatly influenced by the mindset going in. Sometimes it’s hard to get motivated to do certain kinds of work. Sometimes it’s hard to focus the right kind of attention. Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. This workshop will provide a variety of mindsets for tackling these kinds of challenges.

Once the work has started, how do we keep it creatively on track? How do we get to the heart of the challenge at hand? How do we see the problem in a new way? This workshop will present a variety of simple methods and approaches for getting the most out of a creative project.

Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference. Where do you work? What tools do you use and how do they help prepare the right creative environment? How do you get the right input from your client? What about workshops? How do you set those up for success? This workshop will present a variety of proven tools that help facilitate and drive a healthy creative process.

The Empowering Creating workshop will provide attendees with perspective on how to break through individual struggles, set a team on an enthusiastic path, and build a powerful collaborative relationship with a client.
