Working with customer insights and the competition: Integrating technology for capturing, analyzing and innovating presented by Neal Halverson RGD
New online services and software for collecting customer research, for competitive intelligence and for whiteboarding solutions are helpful for Design Thinking, but how can an organization bring all the insights from each provider together to harness the information complexity that is necessary to construct breakthrough solutions? This presentation will show how in-house creative teams can bring high-quality research to the remote research and design process using an online constellation of three key innovations.
