Canada’s magazine conference is going virtual, and registration is open!

MagNet: Canada's Magazine Conference and the Arts & Literary Magazines Summit are happening November 26–27, 2020. Each day starts at 11 am (ET) with a keynote session, followed by your choice of two breakout sessions from three different program streams.

Hear from Jeremy Leslie, Creative Director, magCulture, on the new generation of independent print magazines, and Miriam Ho, Editor-in-Chief, The Site Magazine and Sharine Taylor, Editor-in-Chief and Publisher, BASHY Magazine, on creating visual content for audiences engaged in community-based movements and social politics, plus many more magazine industry experts!

There will be daily networking opportunities, live Q&As, and a virtual MagNet Square to interact with exhibitors. All MagNet sessions will be recorded, and they’ll be available afterwards so you can revisit all the highlights. Here are the 30+ speakers you can hear from, and here is the complete virtual event program.

The pricing for virtual MagNet 2020 is $55 for one day or $95 for both days for Magazines Canada members, and $75 for one day or $125 for both days as a non-member. RGD members are eligible to attend MagNet at the member rate!

You can choose a full MagNet pass (November 26 and November 27 with two keynote presentations, your choice of breakout sessions and plenty of networking opportunities) or a day pass for November 26 or November 27 (a keynote presentation, breakout sessions and networking opportunities).
