The 2022 Salary Survey results are in! Join Mel Sutjiadi RGD in discussion with BIPOC designers working in both agency and in-house environments on the state of DEI in the Canadian graphic design industry. How are their employers incorporating DE&I initiatives into their organizations? How effective do they feel these efforts have been? How do they feel their salaries compare?  Join our panel as they speak to their own experiences and how they compare to the industry as a whole as revealed in the 2022 Creative Earners results, as we look to launch a new survey in March.
