RGD Annual Meeting 2023

Date: Saturday, April 22, 2023

Time: 12:00 to 4:00 pm ET

Location: Virtually through Zoom

Members in all Categories are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD) for the following purposes:

• Review the audited financial statements for the fiscal period ending December 31, 2022 (will be available in the Members-only section 2 weeks prior to the meeting and at the meeting)
• Appoint auditors and authorize the Directors to fix the auditors' remuneration
• Elect the Certified RGDs nominated to serve on the RGD Board (no Member voting will occur since there are an equal number of nominees to openings)
• Review the RGD's initiatives/activities over the past year and plans for 2023/2024
   

Please register for virtual attendance by Thursday, April 20 at 10 am ET. 
 

If you are a Certified RGD Member not able to attend virtually (online voting will take place during the meeting) but would like to have a Certified RGD attending vote on your behalf, download a proxy complete it and email it to before 10 am ET on Thursday, April 20, 2023.

A video recording of the meeting as well as copies of the Committee Reports will be made available to Members after the meeting.
