Why am I a supplier of RGD?I have always believed in the strength of community and giving back by helping others. Designthinkers is part of industry education and mentorship that I fully support. My work with RGD is to help with that education and community building. RGD helps create essential connections and improve the industry, the only way we will thrive!
How do I serve the design community?I have been on the board and executive of CAPIC. I work closely with the GDC Vancouver chapter. I dedicate time to teach photography and business to students of the IDEA school of design and Langara College. CreativeMornings Vancouver is a passion and I serve on the organizing committee. All of these are community building to strengthen and share for the betterment of our industry.
What are some of the favourite projects I've worked on?I have been very lucky to have an extensive career that has allowed me to do, learn, travel, create, collaborate on and see things most people would not have that opportunity. It is very hard to select a few but they are almost always working with people to create images that tell stories. There are many examples on my website www.ricketkin.com
