Nicole is a Microblading artist based in Toronto with a design background that sets her apart in the traditional beauty industry. Our task was to develop a cohesive brand strategy and new visual identity to reflect how much her business has grown. The brand is built on two contrasting ideas to create a unique vision. This first concept, Non-Conventional Beauty, takes a bold, fresh new approach to the traditional beauty industry. It targets non-typical beauty clients and highlights Nicole's smart and artistic style. The second concept, The Future is Natural, takes cues from Nicole's love of plants and the natural environment. The studio is crisp and professional; yet the experience is comfortable, and the conversation is relaxed. Core Values: Honest, Approachable, Professional, Artistic

Company descriptionInnovative design practice working at the intersection of Architecture, Visual Communication, and Material Culture.
Why am I a designer?I joined the RGD Program to build on my architectural education and work in adjacent disciplines like interpretive design, graphic design, and branded environments. Designers need to be flexible, adaptable, and nimble enough to tackle complex problems; I love that RGD encourages interdisciplinary work and allows me to draw on a range of experiences. I see this program as a chance to learn new skills, build relationships with industry professionals, and rally around a collaborative cause.
Why should you hire me?I approach any new project with curiosity and humility. I work with mutually passionate people and see new challenges as an opportunity to craft a smart, beautiful design.
