This agreement is useful when a company or organization is taking on a new hire and needs to communicate the employee’s job title, responsibilities and salary. It also includes clauses about outside design work, use of company intellectual property, non-disclosure of confidential company information and obligations in the case of termination, including non-compete terms. This protects both the employer and employee.
