Organizations like this are really important, especially as the industry is spreading out. It gives a voice to so many people and helps to create a sense of community. I think it's needed even more these days.

There really isn't any other profession that offers this mix of craft, problem-solving, novelty, culture, and immediacy. It is honestly the only job I have been really good at.
