Chair: Elyse Maxwell RGD, St. Catharines, ON
Elyse is a Senior Graphic Designer and Project Manager at Patch Design. From developing comprehensive branding systems to designing web and print materials, she uses her passion and curiosity to identify optimal solutions for her clients. Elyse is a life-long student with over 15 years experience. She graduated from the Ontario College of Art and Design and earned a diploma in Marketing from McMaster University.
Vice Chair: Evelyn Csiszar RGD, Squamish, BC
Evelyn is the founder of Collective Experience, a design collective that specializes in providing UX/UI design and strategy services to tech companies and start-ups in the health, education, science and financial sectors. She works one-on-one with growing tech companies as a collaborative partner, helping their web, mobile and software products deliver on its promises by advocating for their users in every aspect of the design.
Olivia graduated with a MDes in Interdisciplinary Design at NSCAD University in April 2020. She joined the RGD as a Provisional member in October 2020, and has since been working on designs for the Extended Studies department at NSCAD University. Olivia is most interested in design thinking as a facilitator for tackling wicked problems related to design, such as sustainability work. Recently, that has involved developing designs for a food bank charity that is tackling food waste in downtown Toronto. Olivia's work mainly involves branding, graphic and product design, as well as design thinking practices.

Ruth Farrugia RGD, Montreal, QC
Ruth is an in-house designer for the City of Côte Saint-Luc with over 20 years of professional experience. She is also the owner of Fishtank Communications. Her varied client list has allowed her to work on many different types of visual communications and she brings her expertise and a passion for design to all her projects.
Teressa Kelly RGD, Kitchener, ON
Teressa is a seasoned creative professional with a passion for design that has spanned over 25 years. With a wealth of experience as an Art Director and Senior Graphic Designer, Teressa is an expert at creating visually stunning designs that deliver her clients’ messages with precision and impact.
Teressa has had the honour of working in-house for many incredible not-for-profit organizations in her community, where her love of design has helped to create meaningful connections with audiences and drive results.
While Teressa has freelanced throughout her career, this year she is taking her expertise to the next level with the official launch of übertonic : graphic pop - a solo studio that puts a fresh and innovative spin on branding and identity solutions for small businesses.

Rod Nash RGD Emeritus, Vineland, ON
Rod started his career in Australia in the early 1960s. He came to North America in 1966 and worked in the US and Canada before forming Nash & Nash with his wife in 1972. As one of RGD's founders Rod's communications and promotions helped with the founders' efforts to move The RGD Act through the Ontario Legislature. Though retired, Rod enjoys staying involved with RGD on the Membership Committee and producing pro bono communications for the 420 people in the Vineland retirement community where he lives.
Dustin O'Donnell, Affiliate Member, Barrie, ON
Megan Rousseau RGD, Toronto, ON
Megan has 20 years of experience in design and web, as well as 10 years of experience in marketing-communications. She has worked mainly in an in-house capacity, leading teams and developing brand and communications strategies for non-governmental organizations. Her design experience ranges from complex book design to video production and editing and everything in between. Megan’s ability to visually communicate complex, technical topics is what makes her highly valued at her organization.
