About the Role
 
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand and Content, you will focus on the execution of approved creative concepts based on the set art direction for all marketing material. From developing creative concepts to day-to-day media assets, you’ll deliver exceptional work through your keen sense of design craft and brand excellence. You’re an ambitious and results-oriented candidate who understands what it takes to deliver great creative that directly supports the brand vision, company mission and business strategy.  
 
Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with the Art Director and the content team to produce impactful creative across all marketing channels that deliver on key campaign objectives and elevate the Maple brand.
  • Participate in the creative brainstorming process and be a video, film, and animation subject matter expert on developing differentiated multimedia assets.
  • Develop exceptional multimedia concepts for various marketing channels including digital, television, and experiential marketing.
  • Design original pieces including motion graphic assets, infographics, gifs, and animations for all social media (youtube, TikTok, Instagram), paid media and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects and support documented processes to ensure consistency as we scale.
 
Required Skills
  • A demonstrated passion for branding with an understanding on how to translate guidelines into design solutions that reinforce and differentiate a brand identity.
  • 5+ years of interactive and multimedia design experience, with a mix of agency and client-side experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating an ability to develop ideas with exceptional design quality through a broad range of digital & broadcast channels.
  • Advanced understanding of design tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Comprehensive awareness of current and emerging multimedia, social media, and technology trends.
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multitask, and effective in managing the timely delivery of work against short deadlines.
  • All applicants are expected to include a multimedia portfolio with their applications, including samples that demonstrate knowledge of branding.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 
Performance Bonus: Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.
Equity compensation: Available subject to board approval, to be discussed.
Paid Vacation: 3 weeks
