Headquartered in Hangzhou, China, Zheshang Bank has a network of 300 branches in major Chinese cities. With customers becoming more digital savvy, more financial transactions are occurring online and challenging the purpose of physical branches. CZ Bank wanted to deliver a new immersive branch experience. As part of a branch of the future design, I led the digital experience strategy, creative and design for integrated brand experiences throughout the branch. I also led a team that pioneered the first ever successful blend of 
Vr/Ar and Neuroscience to help lead the design of the physical environment and gain insights on how customers emotionally connected with the design of the branch.

I oversees the integration of strategy, creative and brand experience that converge with technology & innovation. Prior to joining iGotcha I launched and led Digital Experience at Shikatani Lacroix (SLD) a leading brand and design agency. I was also CCO of Spot Digital a boutique digital agency and created and led Alchemy, the digital agency of St. Joseph Communications. I have helped establish many best practices in digital signage content creation. I sit on the DSE Content advisory board and the DSF Toronto Council where I provide thought leadership, frequent speaking appearances and education in the industry.
