Company descriptionRayvn is a Customer Experience (CX) Design studio based out ot Toronto & Boston that specializes in doing work for brands in the Retail, Hospitality, and Foodservice space.
The 3 main services our studio provides are the following:
1.) Branding, Brand Strategy & Brand Development
2.) Website Design & Development
3.) Social Media Content Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.)
We also work with a lot of startups in various industries to help get their product & service off the ground. We love nothing more than helping a client re-frame and re-imagine themselves in a way that supercharges their organization. We work with clients that embrace change rather than run away from it.
Why am I an RGD?I am an RGD so that I can learn from my fellow designers, and continue to improve my craft .. and maybe pass on some knowledge that I've gained over my 20 year career as a designer.
What is my most memorable RGD moment?Just became an RGD on July 2019
Why am I a designer?I am a designer because I love solving problems using design & creativity. I think the best kind of creativity is the unexpected.
Why should you hire me?We hold ourselves to extremely high standards because that’s how we feel we can provide the most value - through better execution and providing high-quality deliverables. For us it’s not enough to meet the clients expectations - but also exceed it.
We not only pride ourselves as being thought leaders but also educators. Our design studio’s mission is closely tied to a Chinese proverb:
“Give a man a fish - feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish - feed him for a lifetime.”
Likewise, we are happy to pass on our knowledge & wisdom to our clients so that they can one day do the tasks they hired us for in the future by themselves and be self-sufficient.
Where do I see myself in 5 years?Would like to grow our company Rayvn Design to a well respected & highly awarded design studio that at the fore-front of Customer Experience design in the retail, food-service & hospitality space.
